RETURNS

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email help@liftyoureyesclothing with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that return posted is your responsibility.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

When will my order ship?

Every order requires at least 2 business days of processing time before it leaves our warehouse and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We ship via USPS.

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders will ship within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends), and you will receive a shipping confirmation in your email on file with the tracking information.
